***Jog in place to capture points of there is not break specified*** This workout alternates between different running intensities to help build endurance and speed. Start with a light jog to warm up your muscles and settle into a comfortable rhythm. After jogging for a short period, transition into a walk to recover and catch your breath. Once recovered, increase your pace into a sprint, pushing yourself to run as fast as you can for a short burst. After the sprint, slow back down to a walk to recover before repeating the cycle.
